• Use of a bank code, payment card, online access, subscription or purchase of products under commercial pressure.
• Promising a guaranteed aesthetic result, image transformation, resolution of distress or replacement of medical, psychological or social support.
• Taking photos, videos, collecting or sharing personal data linked to appearance or health condition without clear consent and an appropriate framework.
