This help may concern pickups and drop-offs of small volume, limited value and no particular difficulty: parcels, clothing, small equipment, non-sensitive mail, an already prepared order, an item to return, a forgotten object or a simple errand. The route, opening hours, address, contact person, payment method, possible authorization and proof of handover must be clarified before travelling. The aim is to avoid a tiring or complicated trip for the person concerned, without making decisions on their behalf, without opening their documents or parcels, without handling sensitive information unnecessarily and without accepting a responsibility that should belong to a specialized professional.

• Clarify precisely the purpose of the errand: pickup, drop-off, return, handover to a person, visit to a service point or simple transport of a small object.
