• Clarify the price, approximate duration, limits of the intervention, possible small supplies, insurance and next steps if a specialized craftsperson is necessary.
• Stop the intervention if the adjustment requires force, if a part breaks, if the problem seems structural, if the person appears worried or if responsibility for the place is not clear.
