DomusHelp · Valais commercial project

Stay at home, without having to coordinate everything alone.

DomusHelp coordinates non-medical services at home: everyday organisation, provider search, introductions and support for family carers. A simple point of entry when families become lost among calls, quotations, availability and multiple contacts.

When someone wishes to remain at home, the difficulty is not always finding a service. It is understanding whom to contact, in what order, for which need and at what price — while avoiding leaving relatives to carry the entire organisation alone.

What DomusHelp does

Turn a confusing situation into concrete steps.

DomusHelp supports practical organisation: understanding the request, structuring useful information, proposing service options and facilitating contact with listed providers.

01

Understand the request

Listen to the situation, practical constraints, municipality, availability and everyday needs.

02

Organise the information

Distinguish the services required: presence, non-medical accompaniment, transport, meals, cleaning, small services or simple administrative support.

03

Propose options

Search for or propose providers matching the request, geographical area and known availability.

04

Facilitate introductions

Create clearer contact between the family, the person concerned and listed providers.

05

Follow the organisation

If requested, provide practical coordination: appointments, information to pass on, adjustments and continuity of communication.

Commercial partnerships

Commercial visibility for B2B partners.

DomusHelp is a commercial project already available online and currently led by its founder. The operating company has not yet been incorporated; incorporation is planned once the necessary legal, financial and operational conditions are met.

Partnerships can already be considered. They concern B2B visibility services clearly defined in writing: a partner profile, featured placement, an advertising space or local visibility according to the selected offer.

Why become a partner?

DomusHelp reaches a defined audience: families, family carers, people involved in decisions around an older person and referrers seeking practical solutions at home. A DomusHelp presence provides visibility in a local, useful context directly connected with the need.

Clear commercial framework

Commercial terms are discussed transparently. Before any commitment, the contracting party’s identity, the service, price, duration, consideration, visibility limits and invoicing arrangements are specified in writing. A partner purchases visibility, not personal data, an automatic recommendation or priority in individual referrals.

What a commercial partnership provides

  • Presence on a partner profile or dedicated visibility page
  • Featured placement in a district or category according to the selected offer
  • Clear presentation of the activity, services and operating area
  • Direct contact buttons: telephone, e-mail or website
  • Measurement of contact actions generated by the profile, without identifying visitors

What a partnership never provides

  • No access to beneficiaries or personal data
  • No identifying information about visitors
  • No influence on individual referrals
  • No purchased or guaranteed neutral ranking
  • No guarantee of assignments, volume or commercial results
  • No confusion with a medical, social or public service

Partnership terms

Commercial terms can be discussed now. Any contractual commitment and invoicing will take place after the operating company has been incorporated, unless the founder expressly enters into a separate agreement in her own name. Before publication, the selected offer, visibility area, content, communication limits, start date, price, duration and invoicing arrangements are confirmed in writing.

How it works

A simple process with clear roles.

DomusHelp coordinates the practical steps so families do not have to carry everything alone: understand, search, introduce and follow up.

01

Understand

Identify practical needs: everyday help, transport, presence, meals, simple administrative support or coordination of several services.

02

Search

Find providers matching the request, geographical area and availability.

03

Introduce

Facilitate clear initial contact between the family and providers, with useful information already prepared.

04

Follow up

If requested, coordinate communications, appointments and adjustments as the situation develops.

Provider network

Do you provide a useful service at home?

DomusHelp is building a local network of providers able to respond to concrete requests: non-medical accompaniment, transport, meals, cleaning, presence, practical help, simple administrative support and local services.

In the main menu, Your Business Online now lets you browse the 10 DomusHelp categories and open an example profile for the selected field.

What DomusHelp provides

  • Better qualification of requests before introductions
  • Time saved for families and providers
  • Clear framework: no promise of automatic volume
  • Respect for the operating area and availability

What is expected

  • Reliability, punctuality and respect for people
  • Clear prices and honest communication
  • Strict confidentiality regarding situations encountered
  • Refusal of services outside competence or authorisation

Listing does not guarantee automatic assignments. Introductions depend on the match between the request, geographical area, availability and services offered.
