This section is open to companies and institutions that wish to support simple, independent guidance in Valais. Sponsors have no access to the requests received and do not influence the content.
Data protection
DomusHelp only receives the information necessary to understand a general guidance request and respond with care.
Please do not send diagnoses, medical treatments, Swiss social security numbers, medical documents, detailed financial information, sensitive family conflicts, or intimate personal accounts. A general description of the need is sufficient.
1. Data controller
The processing of requests received through this website is the responsibility of:
DomusHelp
Valais, Switzerland
E-mail: contact@domushelp.com
To be completed if necessary: postal address, website hosting provider, analytics tools or third-party plugins used.
2. Data we may receive
Depending on the channel used, DomusHelp may receive the following data:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address;
- telephone number;
- municipality or region concerned;
- free-text message describing the need in general terms;
- technical data related to the operation of the website, depending on WordPress settings, the hosting provider and security tools.
DomusHelp does not request detailed medical data or sensitive documents through the website.
3. Why this data is used
The data received is used only to:
- understand the general request;
- reply to the person or relative/caregiver making contact;
- direct people to existing resources where possible;
- avoid duplicates, misunderstandings or unsuitable guidance;
- ensure the technical security and proper functioning of the website.
DomusHelp does not sell the data received and does not transmit it to sponsors.
4. Disclosure to third parties
DomusHelp does not transmit an individual request to a provider, association, medical-social centre, social service or any other third party without the explicit consent of the person concerned or their legitimate representative.
When a situation falls within the scope of a specialised service, DomusHelp favours direct guidance: the person is invited to contact the relevant service themselves.
5. Retention period
Requests are retained only for as long as necessary to respond and ensure reasonable follow-up.
- Simple requests with no follow-up: deletion or anonymisation as soon as they are no longer useful, in principle within a short period.
- Exchanges requiring follow-up: retention limited to the time necessary for that follow-up.
- Unnecessary or overly sensitive data received by mistake: deletion as soon as possible.
To be adapted with a precise retention period once your internal organisation is defined, for example 3 or 6 months for requests with no follow-up.
6. Form, e-mail and security
Forms and e-mails should not be used to transmit sensitive medical or social information. Ordinary e-mail is not always a sufficiently secure channel for this type of information.
DomusHelp limits access to received messages to the people who need it in order to respond to the request. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
7. Cookies, analytics and third-party tools
The website may use technical cookies necessary for its operation. If analytics, advertising, anti-spam, security tools or third-party plugins are added, this page must be updated.
To be completed before wider publication: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Matomo, reCAPTCHA, form plugin, newsletter, hosting, backups.
8. Sponsors and advertising
DomusHelp may display support or sponsorship banners to help finance the launch of the website. These spaces must be clearly identified as sponsored.
Sponsors do not have access to requests received, do not choose the resources displayed, and cannot influence the guidance given to people or their relatives/caregivers.
9. Your rights
You may request information about the data concerning you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, within the limits provided by applicable law.
To exercise these rights, contact: contact@domushelp.com
